Dan brings over a decade of diverse professional experience with real estate roots dating back to middle school, where he began plumbing and heating. Over the past 5 years he has developed a comprehensive knowledge on all aspects of a real estate transaction and negotiation, paired with his extensive government relations, and real estate developer network, which allows him to assist clients with the most up to date information and strategic direction.
Prior to founding Oval Group Realty, Dan worked in real estate development and sales with Northeast Advisors, Vice President of Operations at EVO Real Estate Group, managed patient enrollment, communications, and medical affairs strategy at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Dan served as an EMT medical first responder, which included multiple high acuity medical transports by air, land, and sea. Additionally, he spent multiple years working in the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, and Medical Surgical Unit at Nantucket Cottage Hospital.
Dan currently serves as Chairman of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High school alumni association. He is a Dennis, MA, native, a resident of Americas Hometown, and remains extraordinarily active in Massachusetts civic activities. He received his Bachelors and Masters degree from Westfield State University, played four years of NCAA Division III college baseball, and was honored to be selected by teammates and coaches as team captain in 2016.

Bryan DePass, raised on Nantucket, joins Oval Group Realty as a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts while operating full time as a licensed real estate broker based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He brings a clear mission to serve clients relocating to or investing in North Carolina by providing knowledgeable, on-the-ground representation and a seamless transition experience.
A graduate of Belmont Abbey College, Bryan has built a strong reputation rooted in discipline, leadership, and teamwork. A former Jamaican National Lacrosse player with international experience, he understands the importance of preparation, communication, and performance principles that carry directly into his real estate practice. In addition to residential transactions, Bryan works with investors and developers on land and value-add opportunities.
Outside of real estate, Bryan serves as the Offensive Coordinator for the Charlotte Latin School lacrosse program. He enjoys spending time with his young son, playing golf, and building meaningful professional relationships within the Charlotte community.
